Ivan has a heart to influence people to achieve their dreams. He has a degree in Business Administration and also graduated from bible school in 2008. In 2012 he began training with John Maxwell and his team and became a Certified Leadership Coach as well as a Certified Parent and Family Coach. Over the last 20 years, Ivan has served in various ministries within the local Church including his role as deacon. He also has spent the last 7 years proudly fulfilling the role of stay at home dad to his three children. Ivan was born and raised in Ecuador and dreamed of coming to the US to help his family. He came to the United States at just 17 years old and has achieved many of his childhood dreams. He now has a heart to help others achieve theirs. Along with Leadership Coaching, Ivan enjoys working as an Operations Manager and teaching Bible at one of the best schools in the region.
Alyssa has a heart to equip individuals and organizations with practical leadership to empower them to walk out their God given destinies. She joined the John Maxwell Team in 2012 and became a Certified Leadership and Life coach. She is also a Certified Youth Coach and holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rutgers and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University. Alyssa has been involved in various ministries within the local church for over 20 years and believes that leadership is for everyone. She has a heart to see the body of Christ set free and walking confidently in their identity and calling. Alyssa enjoys empowering people to lead their lives well in every sphere including the areas of faith, marriage, family, ministry/business, health and finances. She has been instrumental in coaching and equipping individuals, churches, and organizations throughout the region on leadership and is grateful to be able to do what she loves most alongside her husband Ivan.
We have been married 10 years and are blessed with 3 children. We reside on the Jersey Shore and love spending time with family and fellowshipping with our friends! We enjoy different cultures, travelling, trying new foods, learning new things, water sports, and SOCCER!
